All of the products are certificated by ISO9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, Party A
updates the SGS reports every year for matching the RoHS compliant
requirement from EU.
⚫ Party A has full system of quality, it includes IQC, IPQC, OQC, QA and calibration
center for the equipments.
⚫ 100% test by 250B tester, and sample test with temperature tester & EFG control
on the blanks process once has a stability requirement less than 20ppm order.
⚫ Party A has date code for each part, so any quality problem, will be easily traced
back the production record. Party B should describe the actual failure situation,
send the test data to Party A with exact part and PO number, Party A has
obligation to analysis the reason and inform to Party B,an official 8D report willbe issued according to the analysis and improvements , Party A will issue an
official RMA for any returns which after confirmed the quality problem is really
caused by Party A.
⚫ Party A always do the work to improve ourselves with the development of the
customer demand.
⚫ Party A has an engineer in sales team who specially to work close with sales
questions, with more than 10 engineers in production dept and R&D office.
⚫ Welcome to ask the technology issues, Party A supports a lot companies of
design house => EMS factory whole process such as : design stage => samples
approval with detailed datasheet => trial order => mass production order.
⚫ Exchanging or Returning products are available for any quality problem firmed it
caused by Party A, Party A will bear the extra freight charge.
⚫ Party A does not accept any joint compensation obligation . Any extra charge
from any joint 3rd party which arranged by Party B personally and any loss to
end-application identified by Party B’s ,no matter is direct or in-direct, are not
acceptable
